Terms and Conditions for Students/Parents

Welcome to Learn and Read Quran Online Institute We are committed to providing a high-quality, positive learning environment with clear and transparent policies. Please read and follow the terms below:

Daily Classes Schedule-rules for Absence from Class!

• Once your class schedule is confirmed, it should be followed regularly. Changes are allowed only for emergencies or time-related issues. Frequent schedule changes may cause problems for teachers.

• Do not finalize your class timings with teachers without informing the Admin Team, as this may affect your learning.

• Teachers are instructed to start classes on time. If your teacher is more than 5 minutes late, inform us via WhatsApp immediately. The Academy is not responsible for missed classes if this is not reported.

• If you need to miss a class, inform the Admin Team at least 1 hour before the lesson.

• Absences without notice will be marked, and makeup classes will not be provided.

• Students absent for more than 3 classes without prior notice may have their classes canceled. Refund requests will not be entertained in such cases.

• Make-up classes are allowed within 30 days of the missed lesson. After 30 days, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Payment rules to follow!

• Monthly fees must be paid in advance from the registration date. After trial classes, you can discuss fee plans with the Admin Team.

• If you face any issues with payment, contact the Billing Department immediately.

• Classes may be stopped if payment is overdue by more than 7 days without notice.

• Once classes start for a month, the full monthly fee must be paid, even if some classes are missed.

Security

• Protect your personal information. Do not share your phone number, email, social media accounts, or payment details with teachers.

• Teachers are not allowed to share their personal contact information. If they do, inform the Admin Team immediately.

• Do not discuss payments or any extra arrangements directly with teachers. Always contact the Admin Team for such matters.
